Treatments at the Health Resort Cracow – Swoszowice are carried out by the use of modern methods. We offer hydrotherapy, laser therapy, physical therapy, kinesiotherapy and massage. In particular, we offer treatments with the use of natural resources such as sulphurous water and peloids.

Moreover, the Hotel’s location - on the edge of the historic Spa Gardens in the picturesque valley of the river Wilga, creates the perfect place to rest and relax after treatments.

  • Treatment packages in accordance with the doctor:
    • One week stay with 10 treatments, including:
      • Up to 3 stimulation therapy treatments (sulphur, peloid) or from the hydrotherapy range
      • Up to 7 physical therapy or kinesiotherapy treatments
    • Two week stay with 20 treatments, including:
      • Up to 5 stimulation therapy treatments (sulphur, peloid) or from the hydrotherapy range
      • Up to 15 physical therapy or kinesiotherapy treatments.

Additional information:

1. Health holidays begin at 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and finish at 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
2. Your stay begins with dinner and finishes with breakfast.
3. Hotel Krystyna is located 150m from the treatment centre.
4. On the basis of an interview and medical exams, the doctor qualifies for treatments.
5. Treatments are carried out in the Health Resort: Mon-Fri from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays. Treatments are not available on Sundays and public holidays.
6. Fees for health holidays do not include pharmacological treatment and diagnostic tests.
7. Fees for health holidays are paid in lump, therefore do not entitle to a refund for unused treatments or nights.
8. It is advised to have basic test results before arriving – OB, morphology, urinalysis, ECG. If a patient has been previously hospitalised or treated for rheumatologic or musculoskeletal diseases, it is advised to have an information sheet of hospital treatments or the results of these treatments (radiographs of the spine and peripheral joints).
9. A requirement of taking full advantage of these offers is a lack of medical contraindications. In case of contraindications occurring, the doctor will determine the correct treatment.

1. A condition of accepting a reservation is an advanced payment of:
   1. 50% of fees, no later than 5 days after booking,
   2. the remainder of the fees, no later than 10 days before arrival

1. In case of not making an advanced payment as per point 1a, the reservation is cancelled.

3. In case of resignation, fees will be taken in  the following amounts:
   1. Advanced payments as per point 1a, with resignation from 30 to 10 days prior to arrival
   2. 100% of payment with resignation less than 10 days before arrival.
